When will my order ship?

Orders that do not contain pre-order items are typically sent out within 3-5 business days. Orders that contain any pre-order items will begin shipping out on or shortly before the stated release date. (Please see more details in the SHIPPING POLICIES.)

I did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

This is a question we receive on a daily basis. Confirmations DO get sent out to the provided email. Please ensure that your email is accurate and that you have checked all of your folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc). Also, if you were charged by PayPal, this is another good indication that we have received your order.

Do you do wholesale orders?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Severin Films proudly ships all over the world. Shipping rates are carefully calculated to factor in the United States shipping charges, our handling fees, and supplies used. (Please see more details in the SHIPPING POLICIES.)

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes. We offer free economy shipping for all U.S. customers who spend over $80 in our shop. Free shipping for international customers start at $130 spent. Free shipping is NOT offered during site sales events (i.e. Black Friday). (Please see more details in the SHIPPING POLICIES.)

Can I get free/promotional copies of your films to review for my blog, vlog, etc?

We do ship out screeners to a select number of websites/publications based on our internal assessment of the size of the websites/publications’ reach to our intended audience.

Which payments methods do you accept?

We have partnered with PayPal as our payment provider. You can sign in to your account if you have one, but you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a debit or credit card.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

We can only accept exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. Please contact within 48 hours of receipt with order information and pictures showing any damage. We may ask that the damaged item be returned or disposed of. This exchange policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.

For damaged items, they can only be exchanged for the same item.

Clothing items are non-returnable.

Do you take film recommendations? Do you take film submissions?

90% of the suggestions we receive have already been considered and are either not licensable for one reason or another or are not a good fit for our labels. For new films we will generally take a look at submissions if we feel they may have potential for one of our labels, though this is not common as the majority of our product are either library titles or films we have sought out. We do not read unsolicited scripts.

Where is my order? / Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

If your order has already been shipped, then you can check the tracking number at to find out where your package is. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to control the speed of delivery. Please contact your local post office to inquire about your package by providing them with your tracking number.

Please note that international orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. While most packages do arrive sooner than stated, there are many cases where international shipping has been delayed.
