Orders are typically sent out within 3-5 business days. During holidays or special sales events, that timeframe may be longer. We will announce it if that is the case.
We ship via USPS to all locations. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We are pleased to offer FREE Economy Shipping via USPS Media Mail for US orders over $80*. Free shipping is provided to Canadian customers that place an order for over $100*. Free shipping is also provided to our International customers who spend over $130* in an order. If you do not want your order shipped via Media Mail, you can select the paid shipping option and it will be sent in a more expedited fashion.
*The free shipping offer is not valid during site sales event.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from our shipping software that will allow you to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the USPS system.
Please note that we will ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect, or the package is otherwise returned to us, you will be contacted via email and will have 72 hours to respond. You will be invoiced for shipping fees to have the order reshipped to a corrected address or you will be refunded the original purchase price minus the original shipping fees.
If you need to make changes to your order, or need to cancel your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped yet, we can accommodate the changes.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order or cancel it.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
We can only accept exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. Please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt with order information and pictures showing any damage. We may ask that the damaged item be returned or disposed of. This exchange policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods.
For damaged items, they can only be exchanged for the same item.
Clothing items are non-returnable.
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT responsible for any Third Party Sellers (Amazon, Ebay, DiabolikDVD, etc) selling you defective or damaged product. You will need to address these issues with the seller you actually bought these items from. Not us.
